Cancellation Policy

Rescheduling must be done 24 hours before the start of your appointment to transfer your deposit. Deposit is only transferrable once. Text the number sent on your appointment details to reschedule and cancel. No-Shows are strictly banned from further bookings. Failing to follow policies will also result in permanently being banned from any further bookings.
